Refund policy

Exchanges - Exchanges are available for all non-sale items. You must request an exchange within 14 days of the product being shipped to you. Items must be shipped back to our warehouse within 7 days of requesting an exchange. Items in each order may be exchanged once per order.

Refunds - Refunds are available for non-sale items. Items must be returned in the same condition they were received. Items not in new condition will incur a 20% cleaning fee. All returns will incur a $5.99 restocking fee. 

Shipping labels are provided by SUMO for both exchanges and returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
